Bud is a male Umbrella cockatoo. I saw an ad selling him in our local paper. He took right to me when I visited him. Several years later, I can't image my life without him. My husband sure can though! Bud wants to be with me 24/7. He has been known to sleep, shower, do the bills, and wash dishes with me.
         Bud loves to hop around the house, climb the stairs, and chew anything. He loves to swing upside down and sway his head from side to side. He tells me, "I love you" and asks," Watchya doing?". Everyone he meets gets a "Hi" or "Hello". Kids just love him.
         Bud has temper tantrums at times, especially when I am leaving for work. I then have to take him out of his cage he shares with Ruby and put him in with Leo. Leo does not put up with his "naughty" behavior.
