Leo is a male Green Wing Macaw. His previous parents were looking for a suitable home for him prior to moving to Arizona. I recall walking in my vet's office with my other Macaw on my arm,when the vet tech said, "How would you like another Macaw"? Numbers were exchanged and visits with Leo started until out "bird room" was completed.
         Leo loves interacting with people, but there are times when he wants to be left alone. Kisses are his favorite. Some people get a little nervous with that huge beak coming near them. Leo is a closet talker. He will carry on a conversation with himself when he thinks no one is watching. He bites his nails too, but only when he is nervous.
